Brittany was one of the first people that I met when I started at SmartBug Media – she was my onboarding buddy, there to help with all my stupid questions and with managing the chaos of a new job. She quickly became a go-to resource for questions I had about best practices, HubSpot implementation, day-to-day marketing questions, and more. She always came with a positive attitude and can-do energy to every project she took on, and worked hard to ensure that she and the greater team were always putting their best foot forward. Brittany is the type of person who cares deeply about anything she takes on, and about the people around her – the best type of colleague and employee. I had the pleasure of working with Brittany when our marketing department worked with Smartbug for some of our inbound needs. Brittany helped streamline workflow and communication for our projects. The best part of having her on my team was knowing that she was going to be there. Brittany is so warm, friendly, and funny that every interaction is so delightful. Given how short staffed we were at the time, I also really really needed someone who could be a partner when it came to managing and overseeing progress and keeping us on our timeline for deliverables. I could always rely on Brittany to do so, and to do so in a way that was going to bring a smile to our faces. (She opens every post-meeting email with a joke and they’re good ones too!) Brittany is a powerful Swiss Army marketer and such a pleasure to work with! I had the opportunity to work with Brittany when she was developing a marketing strategy for our product breaking into a new industry; she was able to communicate effectively across teams to gather the information she needed to create a narrative from the ground up and then worked to iterate as the product developed. I had the pleasure of working with Brittany in the same role as a Content Marketing Specialist. She’s a go-getter and takes initiative when it comes to starting and managing projects. Brittany is also great at identifying ways to utilize internal resources and enhance processes. We often brainstormed together on content, Brittany is very creative and an excellent writer. Brittany has the ability to process information and develop a plan of action quickly and efficiently. I know of times that she used her expertise as a writer to help us at school create a plan to organize a student intervention schedule. She explained out the plan, offered possible pitfalls and also a timeline. She communicated this to the entire grade level team and eventually the administration. This is just one example of how she is able to process information, plan, organize and communicate ideas.

Brittany Glasscock is a strong writer and content creator. She is exceptionally organized and is able to meet large-scale deadlines for writing projects. Her previous experience as a teacher has also enabled her to work well with others in large groups and to be detail-oriented while multitasking. Her depth of English grammar and editing make her own writing and the copy-editing of others’ work grammatically concise and pristine.
